Even with a slow week in the golf space.The 2024 VGN Season kicked off, and the guys talked about what 3 out of 4 thought were terrible greens out at Las Vegas National. There were three new champions crowned on Sunday and one lucky member won his 2024 Membership!Since Tiger's Sun Day Red launch didn't get much talk last week, the guys chimed in on Tiger's new apparel line and guessed what they think the new shoes will be selling for.Anthony Kim. Yes, Anthony Kim is finally playing professional golf again, and it's with LIV Golf. He'll be making his debut this weekend, playing the remainder of the year as a wild card.The Match had yet another installment the other night, and it's trying to be better. More Golf this time around at a special place, The Park, in West Palm. Under the lights was a mistake as it didn't allow the golf course to be showcased the way it could have been. They're trying. There are no celebrities this time, Skins game format, but it's too long, and there's too much dead air time. It was his first appearance since Augusta last year, and it certainly didn't live up to the hype again. But can you blame Tiger? People get sick, even the greatest golfers on the planet. Not everyone is immune to the Double Double like we are!That should have led the show this week, but instead, we had some fun with TPC Sunrise, aka The Ditch, aka Desert Rose, aka Winterwood Golf Club, aka The Club at Sunrise. Joe and Dan played out there this past Sunday, and Joe did something we DO NOT RECOMMEND! After that, we got into some Tiger talk. Dan and Jeremy voiced their opinion of the Spieth DQ and some other musings from the Genisis.After that, it was the WHEEL OF NAMES' time for our very first VGN Raffle!
