Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is broadcast from Malta's Radio 105FM on Tuesday evenings from 2100 - 0059 hours CET. The show is broadcast live on Wednesday evenings from 1900 - 2300 hours CET on the Eurovision Radio International Mixcloud Channel as well as on the Facebook Page of Eurovision Radio International with an interactive chatroom. Montenegro returns to the contest in 2025 and had already selected their entry in November 2024. 36 countries are taking part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 which will be taking place on 13 and 15 May 2024 for the two Semi Finals and the Grand Final on 17 May 2025. Radio International will be taking a look at the national finals and showcase the highlights every week in the Eurovision Spotlight as Dermot Manning continues the series.     GREECE - Ethnikós Telikós 2025:  The Greek participating broadcaster Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT) will organise the national final Ethnikós Telikós 2025 in order to select its entry for the Eurovision Song Contest. The competition will take place on 30 January 2025 at the Christmas Theater in Galatsi hosted by Sakis Rouvas (Greece 2004 and 2009 and host of Eurovision 2006 in Athens) and Eurovision Winner 2005 Helena Paparizou who was also part of the Greek entry in 2001 in Antique. 12 artists are competing with 12 songs which Radio International will introduce the the fans on the show this week.      BELGIUM - Eurosong 2025: The Belgian participating broadcaster, Flemish Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie (VRT), will organise the national final Eurosong 2025 in order to select its entry for the contest. The competition consists of two pre-recorded showcase shows that were broadcast on 18 and 25 Jan 2025, followed by a live Grand Final to be broadcast on 01 Feb 2025 where the winning song and artist will be selected to represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel. Radio International is please to introduce the songs to the fans on the show this week.   Also JP will be joined by David Mann for the Eurovision Birthday File and Eurovision Coverspot.  Nick will be presenting the Eurovision News courtesy of escXtra.com. The show will be hosted by Malta's pbs and takes place on Tuesday, 04 Feb 2025 for Semi Final 1, Thu 06 Feb 2025 for Semi Final 2 and the Grand Final will be held on Sat 08 Feb 2025 in the MFCC (Malta Fairs and Convention Centre).  This week Radio International will showcase the songs of Semi Final 1 of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Semi Final 2 will be broadcast on next week's edition of Radio International.     The Bendorm Fest 2025 - Spain's National Final to Eurovision 2025 The Benidorm Fest 2025 - Spain's National Final to Eurovision 2025: In 2024, Nebulossa won the Benidorm Fest 2024 with the song "Zorra" and with that represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. The 2025 edition of the Benidorm Fest has 16 songs in the competition distributed on two Semi Finals and a Grand Final to be held on 28 Jan 2025 for Semi Final 1, 30 Jan 2025 for Semi Final 2 and the Grand Final on 01 Feb 2025. The venue is the Palau Municipal d'Esports. Radio International this week will showcase the 16 competing songs of the Benidorm Fest 2025 with Javier Leal who will give us his prediction of what he thinks is the winning song and Spain's entry to Eurovision 2025.    Also JP will be joined by David Mann for the Eurovision Birthday File and Eurovision Coverspot.  Nick will be presenting the Eurovision News courtesy of escXtra.com.
