The Biden administration is expelling hundreds of Haitian migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border, after thousands arrived at a crossing near Del Rio, Texas this weekend. Photos of groups in makeshift campsites and of border patrol agents aggressively confronting the migrants on horseback sparked outrage.
